& Approach

MY APPROACH
Therapy with me is more than a process, it’s a collaborative journey where you feel truly seen and understood. Together, we’ll create a space for reflection, healing, and growth.
My approach is eclectic, blending clinical expertise (Psychoanalysis, CBT, DBT, MBT, Family Systems, and more) with philosophical, creative and holistic perspectives! . Whether you’re navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, relationship challenges, complex family dynamics or life’s transitions, we’ll explore your experiences in a way that fosters clarity and self-trust. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to guide you in uncovering insights, recognizing patterns, and equipping you with real-world tools to cultivate mindfulness, confidence, and personal empowerment. Beyond our sessions, I believe in accessible support, offering check-ins via text when needed, so you never feel alone in your journey. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic experience that is supportive, empowering, and tailored to your growth.

"Family dysfunction rolls down from generation to generation like a fire in the woods, taking down everything in its path until one person in one generation has the courage to turn and face the flames. That person brings peace to their ancestors and spares the children that follow." - Terry Real
Individual Therapy
The greatest investment you can make is in your own well-being. Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and seeking support is an act of strength, not weakness. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy—sometimes, the most meaningful growth happens in the quiet moments of self-reflection.
Therapy provides a safe space to explore your inner world, bring the unconscious to light, and examine recurring patterns with curiosity. It’s an opportunity to break cycles that no longer serve you and cultivate the courage to create lasting change. The work isn’t always easy, but its rewards are endless.

COUPLES Therapy
Just like individual therapy, couples therapy can be a powerful catalyst for transformation. It provides a safe, supportive space where you and your partner can gain clarity, deepen your connection, and break patterns that no longer serve your relationship. Relationships often act as mirrors, reflecting past wounds and unresolved dynamics from previous relationships or family experiences. Conflict can stir up old pain, but it also reveals opportunities for healing and growth, both as individuals and as a couple. The first courageous step is bringing awareness to these patterns and wounds, allowing space for change. Having an objective, nonjudgmental guide can help you navigate challenges with fresh insight, shedding light on what might be difficult to see from within the relationship. While the idea of couples therapy can feel vulnerable, the benefits are profound: stronger communication, deeper intimacy, and a more fulfilling connection with yourself and your partner.

"The success of a relationship is not determined by how well we avoid conflict, but by how well we navigate it.” – Esther Perel
